She Empowers Afrika specializes in cross-sector partnerships to nurture and upskill female entrepreneurs from disadvantaged and marginalized communities on the African continent. Through sector-focused cohorts, She Empowers Afrika delivers customizable 8-week upskilling programmes that are a fusion of classroom style learning, Whatsapp coaching calls, industry guest speaker ‘Plug Sessions’, and ignite cross-region peer-to-peer mentorship to help turn ideas into profitable businesses.
By providing opportunities for upskilling, skills transfer, and cross-business sharing of experiences we are bridging the information and resource access gap to help female-led businesses in townships and rural areas operate on par with their urban counterparts.

Our Founder
Our Founder
Amantle Kanyuchi is the visionary founder of She Empowers Afrika. With an impressive academic background in brand marketing, she honed her skills at prestigious institutions such as the AAA School of Advertising, IMM Graduate School, Digital Marketing Institute, and the Vega School of Brand Leadership in South Africa.
Over a remarkable 15-year career as a marketing strategist, Amantle played influential roles across various industries, including aviation, telecommunications, education, and learning design at a youth employment accelerator. Her expertise and insights have also been shared widely, through her work as a columnist for Your Business Magazine, a radio content contributor for 5FM and Motsweding FM, and as a business coach at the Future Females Business School, where she empowered over 150 female entrepreneurs across Africa.
In 2024, driven by her deep passion for mentorship and the career advancement of women, Amantle established She Empowers Afrika. Her vision was to combine her extensive experience in business coaching and marketing with the strength of her network of female founders across the continent, aiming to propel more women toward success.

Coaching
She Empowers Afrika offers business coaching classes to females running start up businesses who are looking to run a lean and tight business ship successfully. Our findings have mostly pointed to challenges in operating a business more than a business idea not being bankable. Our classes give young female entrepreneurs the tools to run a lean but effective business ship and manage their growth in a calculated manner.
Consulting
Consulting SEA, also provides consulting opportunities for young businesses in operations. The services range from growth strategies, and counsel on risk management and mitigation as a young business. These sessions are not blanket solution oriented but are tailor made for each particular business consulting with us and what their challenge, interest or growth aspiration is.
Funding
She Empowers Afrika is open to partner with funding agencies and advocacy groups whose agenda centers around the development of young female business entrepreneurs on the continent. We constantly have programmes to roll out into communities and have an open-door policy for funding partnerships on the continent and globally.
Advisory
She Empowers Afrika founder is available for opportunities to sit on advisory boards and committees whose agenda is centered around young women empowerment and upskilling
